ORDERING PLANS

Ordering Plans from Mike Waller Yacht Design is extremely easy. 
Before ordering, obtain any necessary pricing information from our Price List
 

HOW CAN PAYMENT BE MADE ?

we can accept payment for plans in any of the following ways

Within Australia
      -  Personal  Cheques
      -  Bank Cheques
      -  Money or Postal Orders
      -  Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard only)
      -  Funds transfer by Western Union. 
      -  Direct transfer into our account (please request details.)
 

Outside Australia
      - Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard only)
      - Funds transfer by Western Union.
      - Bank Cheques made out in Australian Dollars to an Australian Bank. Your 
        local bank will be able to arrange this for you. 

We cannot as a rule offer direct transfer into our account from overseas clients, due to the apparent incompatability of Australian banking systems with the rest of the world.  Ask us about this option on an individual basis

We regret we are unable to accept Bank (Cashiers) cheques made out in non Australian currency or to a non Australian Bank, due to the time delay (3 weeks) of processing such cheques through the banking system. We are not able to accept personal cheques from clients outside Australia.
 

HOW CAN YOU PLACE AN ORDER ?

We provide four (4) avenues by which plans may be purchased.

Method 1

Please consider the International time differances if using this method from outside Australia. With a little thought we can usually be reached at appropriate times for most places in the world..
Method 2
Facsimile:  Print out our Fax / Mail order form , complete it and then fax it to us on the above phone / fax number,  24 hours a day.
Method 3
Snail Mail:  Print out our Fax / Mail order form , complete it and then post it to us at the address shown on the form.
Method 4
Email: We will accept orders by Email, as many clients choose to send us credit card orders by this means. However we advise that emails are not a 100% secure form of sending information. We recommend that if you choose to do so, and you have any concerns about security, the credit card details should be split over 2 emails (number on one email, and expiry date and check digit number on a second) for security reasons. For email orders, the information required is the same as for other orders, as listed below.
 

WHAT DELIVERY  INFORMATION DO WE REQUIRE ?

1. The name of the vessel you require plans for
2. Fully plans or study plans.
3. Your name and postal address 
4. A telephone number or email address in case we need to contact you.
5. Payment details.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE REQUIRE FOR CREDIT CARD ORDERS ?

As well as the general information listed above for delivery purposes, we require in addition:

- The credit card type (Visa, Mastercard, or Bankcard)
- The credit card number (16 digits) 
- The expiry date (4 digits)
- The Credit Card Verification (CCV)  number. (This is the last 3 digits of the number in the signature block on the back of the card, and is now required by credit card authorities for all phone / fax / mail / email orders. IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE THIS NUMBER WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER.
- The name of the card holder (as shown on the card)
