The Coral Sea 35 on the water at launch (Capetown). This boat has been modified slightly, with a slightly larger cockpit and a solid cabin over the cockpit.

	View of bows. Foredeck is slatted in work area, with walkway and netting forward. drop down beach bording ladder may be fitted if desired. this foredeck will not hold water in bad weather.

	This pic shows the initial setup. Very simple bulkheads on a very simple jig.
	Internal construction. Very simple stringer / bulkhead structure. Note the wood / epoxy construction, and the excellent workmanship on this particular vessel. The step in the hull side is non standard.
	Interior construction again. This view looks aft towards what will be the seperate WC area. Again, note attention to detail - every stringer has been filletted for extra strength.
	This view looks forward through the dinette area. The bilge area is very clean and clear, and the dinette is raised to provide wider seating, and a huge space underneath for tanks, ice boxes etc. The opening forward leads to the double berth.
	Port hull virtually complete and squeezed into the backyard. Already the streamlined cabin shape can be seen.

	This is the galley area looking through the dinette area. Builder has slightly modified the dinette area into a single seat , and has lowered the dinette area floor slightly.
	Looking forward from the galley through the dinette area. The cut out leads to a double berth in a seperate forward cabin.
	The raised floor in the dinette area leaves plenty of room underneath for tanks etc. Here an ice box has been installed.
	CC35 has transom hung rudders. Here they are ready for installation.
	Rudder is fitted with simple, home made pintles
	Rudder again, installed. Very simple setup and very easy to repair at sea.
	Moving the first hull. This view gives a good idea of the hull, and shows that you can still have style and appearance in a very simple vessel. Hull is sleek and streamlines despite it's 7 ft beam.
