DELIVERY OF PLANS

All plan prices include delivery by standard postal services to any place in the world.  All orders are sent within 2 working days wherever possible. Larger orders may require a little longer. Please note that within Australia, plans will usually be received within 2 - 4 working days of posting, however for clients outside Australia the time may be longer . All plans will leave Australia within 48 hours of posting, however once they reach the destination country they may take up to 2 - 3  weeks to be delivered. As we have no control over foreign postal services we ask that you allow time for delivery.

EXPRESS POST OR COURIER DELIVERY (credit card purchases only)

Delivery of plans by Express Post or private Courier (TNT) is offered only to purchasers who make their purchase using a Credit Card. Express Post or Courier delivery of large plan packages can be very expensive, and for smaller plans can often equal a substantial portion of the actual cost of the plans. Whilst normal postal delivery is covered in our plan costs, Express Post or Courier delivery is not.

Within Australia, express delivery is unnecessary, as plans will always arrive within 2 - 3 days of being sent anyway. 

For International clients purchasing with a credit card, we will send plans by Courier (TNT) or Express Post only if previously agreed between ourselves and the client. The cost of these deliveries is at the customers expense and is not covered in the normal plan price. Cost of these deliveries will be credited to the clients card after the plans have been sent and the costs known, and a seperate receipt will be sent. For Courier deliveries, we are able to obtain cost estimates prior to sending the plans, but for express post this is not possible.

We regret we cannot arrange express delivery except where purchases are by credit card. This service is not available at present to clients purchasing goods via other methods.

INVOICING / RECEIPTS

Receipts / Invoices for plans will be included with the plans package. Where Express Post or Courier  delivery has been requested, this will be billed seperately, and the receipt will be posted seperately to the client.

REFUNDS

Sales of study plans are not refundable, as we charge only an average cost of printing and supplying these plans.

We are happy to refund the cost of full plans, or replace the plans, where those plans are found to be faulty or damaged, or where the plans do not turn up and no other arrangement can be made for delivery. We can not refund simply because you change your mind. Please choose your plans and your method of purchase carefully.

CREDIT CARDS AND CLIENT INFORMATION

We retain credit card details for purchasers of study plans for a short time, to avoid their having to re-provide them should they wish to purchase further plans. We do not retain credit card information for purchasers of full plans. 

All efforts are made by us to ensure that client information is maintained in a secure manner. 

We are unable to accept responsibility for security in transit where clients choose to provide credit card information by publically accessible means, such as mail, email, or telephone.

COST OF STUDY PLANS

Where a client purchases a study plan for a particular vessel, they may deduct the cost of the study plan from the purchase price of the full plans.

DETAILS OF BUILDERS

For builders or prospective builders of a particular vessel, we are happy to provide contact details for other builders, as we acknowledge the value of  liason between builders. However we will provide only telephone numbers and email contact addresses. We will not provide street or postal addresses of clients.
