TC670 sailing in Great Sandy Strait (Australia) A fast and easy sailer, she looks good and handles well TC670 at the National Trailer Multihull Regatta - she attracted a lot of attention. TC670 at the N T M Regatta again  'Nipper' anchored at Pancake Creek during single handed trip from Harvey Bay to Bundaberg. The TC670 trails well - has been trailed from Tasmania to Queensland Bulkheads set up ready for chines and stringers. Note the multi chine shape and flat bottom, giving a close to round bottom shape. Stringers and chines on. Chines are oriented so as to require minimum fairing. Bow view of a TC 670 ready for the hull planking. Bridgedeck ply in place. Planking on, ready for finishing. Open case makes interior much roomier. Berth is full double bed size, with plenty of headroom This is the new balanced rudder to replace the old dagger rudder - better balance

Mike Waller Yacht Design is a business specialising in boat plans for amateur boat builders. We custom design, and provide stock plans for both monohulls and multihulls, mainly catamarans. Other designs are sailing skiffs and sharpies, as well as power catamarans. Our designs mainly feature timber construction, in plywood or cedar strip plank composite construction, using the W.E.S.T. system (wood epoxy saturation technique). Our designs are intended mainly as cruising boats, although several have done well in racing.
